Ami brought home this homework tonight and it is based on the oregon trail. they are supposed to make a general store that may have been a stop on the oregon trail, a postcard or tshirt that could be found there… complete with a location for their store, a list of 25 items that would be sold there, and a slogan for their store to represent the sprit of the trail. I used the old game called Oregan Trail that we played in grade school. it was a fun project. I think she is gonna have a good grade all because of that game…that and the fact that my husband is a sicko who likes to kill his entire traveling party then write sick epitaphs for them. who am i kidding I do the same damn thing. my fifth grade teacher thought somehting wrong with me ’cause i kept doing it. he actually banned me from playing a couple of times cause i wouldnt stop killing everyone. Hee Hee!

i bet the creators of oregon trail never had that version i mind. but maybe if they had, it would have sold millions. atari would have come a callin!
