I’m losing Tony Gonzales! *hoof sniffle snort hoof(hippo crying fit)*I feel like I’m my team. I know they needed restructuring, but I love #88. He is…was…my favorite chief. I was never a Herm Edwards fan so Todd Haley as the coach doesnt bother me…I look forward to seeing the direction he takes the team in. I also know the the team needs fresh blood and some new players will do wonders for not only the offense but the special teams as well. Some beefy defensive players would be a good purchase as well, but getting rid of Tony really does make me understand they are going for broke and trying for a totally new team.

At least the gave Carl Peterson the heave ho! Good Luck to my Chiefs! I hope you got some good, strong, young players that can grow together and make us a winning team. This town is a great one for football…We have the heart, we just the team to go with it!

Two turtles who love each very much. They greet you every time you come to this site. Just thought you might like to get to know their story.

Todays weather is sunny and gorgeous, and even though the skies are blue and pretty…I am having trouble walking. Usually this only happens when it is rainy and stormy. It is a perfect day for fun in the sun! I kinda wish we all had the day off and were together today so we could go out and do something as a family. There are so many places we could go and take a hike, have a picnic, or sit out by the lake.

I look forward to the free concerts that are gonna start happening too! I want to go to a few of those this summer. I am hoping this year we can slow down a bit and enjoy the nice weather instead of just working and rushing through the summer and not even noticing the longer days and warm weather. I also want to go swimming more this year, we haven’t done much of that in the last two years, and I miss that a lot!!! I am so tired of being pale…I need a tan so desperately bad! I know I know skin cancer and all that. But I don’t have skin cancer in my family, and I don’t burn easily.

Plus with it being warmer outside I don’t have to freeze my ass off anymore! I can wear 1 light jacket instead of three heavier ones(cause even in 90 degree weather I have to have at least a light wrap).

But the absolute best part about summer is…

MY BIRTHDAY!!!

I am still trying to get the govt. to realize it needs to be a national holiday, but they haven’t seen my brilliance yet!

So the dispatcher at my work in the evenings and on the weekends is a real douche bag. I hate him and he is like a 21st century Musselini. He’s short,ugly and thinks he has more power& influence than he really does! In his mind he is training to take over the business as the manager. But he is NOT a people person. He feels our customers are there to do what’s best for us not the other way around…even if that means the customer has to wait an hour after their flight comes in to be picked up from the airport (We tell them the driver will be waiting when they arrive at the airport)! He talks to the other employees like we are pond scum.

He used to be a crack head and all his teeth are rotting out of his head so when he talks or smiles he looks like a jack-o-lantern. It’s disturbing!

Yesterday he got mad cause one of the sales guys challenged him on his poor attitude about cust serv. and he got so mad he eventually came out of the dispatch office and said,”I QUIT!” All of us on the am shift were rejoicing(we all hate him with a fiery passion) then our real boss came out and decided it was time for her to finally step in. After all she didnt want to loose him! Loose him? What loss?!? Things would run so much smoother without him.

In the end she made him happy(and the rest of us disappointed) again and he is staying! All I know is if he takes over we will end up going bankrupt. It’s hard enough not knowing if your company is going to survive in this economy, but when they make choices that mean they will almost certainly go under it is a very scary thing.

I know I’ll Quit if he really does become the manager! And there will be no changing my mind…unless they want to double my salary! For that much money I would put up with Phil’s shit two days a week.

*hoof snort hoof*

Missing Garden Gnomes Found

I would have to say these people are taking it a bit too seriously! But if I ever get to go to Europe(mainly Germany or France) I’m gonna steal as many garden gnomes as possible…I mean”liberate”! The only difference being I wouldn’t release them into a riverbank or a high school campus…No,No,No! I would set them “free” in my gnomeland…with my little family of gnomes. They would have others of their own kind to play with, kinda like a gnome zoo.

No it is a Gnome Sanctuary! So next time I go to the store and they had the gnomes on sale 1/2 off and I bought way too many of them, I can tell Honey…I didn’t BUY gnomes! I rescued unloved and abandoned orphans who wouldn’t have had any place to go otherwise!?! I’m a gnomeatarian(instead of humanitarian…get it?!?)!

Does that mean my gnome purchases could be considered tax deductible?

So I had this idea…I am just wondering how to bring it up to Chris!?! I want to take a vacation. nothing elaborate’s necessary, but I just want to get away from everything for a few days maybe just go to St. Louis or Chicago somewhere close. It would be nice to forget everything for a few days and have fun.

So my back is less angry today and I have the ability to bend finally!!! I can’t do alot of it, but hey, baby steps! I feel like I got the shit beat out of me, but I don’t have the same pain I have been suffering with since before the shots…so they are totally worth it. Just have to be a little more patient than I remembered with the healing afterwards.

So I’m taking it easy(making honey proud)…hopefully I’m almost done with that whole scene…and when I got all comfy my baby Tommy came and laid down next to me. Then Zena came in and climbed right up and walked up my face and started chewing on my hair! Kiddo about busted a gut, it was pretty funny! But I guess it exhausted kitty, cause she climbed down and fell asleep in my lap afterward and is happily curled up with her head on my leg…passed out and dreaming. With the occasional twitch and her little paws all curled up she is tucked between my legs. She’s so cute right now!

So I finally get home from work (after the torture of sitting all day in an uncomfortable chair) and I was looking forward to getting into my nightgown and relaxing on the couch. Thomas decides to climb onto the couch with Chris and I…as soon as he walked past me, I smelled shit! So Chris grabbed him, and I had to hold him and Chris had to take a wet rag and help clean him up. It was gross!!! But I look at it kinda like changing a diaper on a baby…it was just a very hairy baby, with sharp teeth, claws and alot of Cat-itude!

Oh, and when you get near his balls he no likey! But he smelled a whole lot better when we were done. He wouldn’t come near us though until he and Zena started begging for their treats…which is a nightly ritual starting at about 930pm, they get clingy and wont leave my side until the dog and them get their treats and we go to bed. Then they are happy babies.

My daughter is very soon to be grounded! Just because I said so! And cause she is irritating me!

So it seems the honey has relationship ADD. He forgets he’s in one!..But only when there’s a computer or other piece of technology involved. He jumps from one project to another and he becomes so involved I don’t see him until a major fight erupts and then we have a few days of togetherness and fun and then he forgets all about the conversation and he disappears again! As if we never fought, or things were never said, or problems were never resolved. Relationship ADD.

Then when that geek mission is completed he digs up another to immerse himself in. If he doesn’t have one he will create one! Or he will buy something so that he has to hibernate in his office. Then when I bitch about him never spending time with me…he says I can “hang out with him in his office!” When I do do that he ignores me the entire time! So I can go down there and sit in an uncomfortable chair and be ignored or I can sit on the comfy couch and be warm and ignored…I choose the warm, comfy couch!!!

Kanye West: I’ve Been Humbled By ‘South Park’

So it took Cartman and Kenny to deflate the ginormous ego of Kanye West! (Trey Parker and Matt Stone actually should get the credit for that one)I bet privately he wishes he could put a hit out on them! If he had any kind of actual street cred…or friends!

But publicly he did the only thing he could do…what his PR people told him to do. Say it was funny and tell people you realize, in the past, you have been a bit full of yourself. But you are attempting to turn over a new leaf and become a more humble individual and this helped you to see yourself in a whole new light. I don’t buy it! A person that conceited doesn’t see the error of their ways just from a little mocking! Time will tell!

I still think he is a worthless pile of dog crap! Stinky, mushy, smelly, dog crap! just my opinion!
