More Stuff:
I graduated.. yaay me! from Shawnee Mission Northwest in 1996 two years after Chris. Yaay me! After Chris graduated high school we lost contact the summer before my junior year. While I was still in school, I lettered in orchestra three years in a row and I was on the swim team my junior year. I took yearbook my senior year and I skipped half the time. I only tried out the class because Chris was in it for a couple of years.

Married my first husband with in a couple of weeks after I graduated high school (I wouldn’t recommend doing that…) and I moved to Texas where I resided for six years. My daughter Ami was born when I turned twenty.

Chris and I started talking again three years after he graduated or roughly a year after I had married my first husband. (depends on how you want to look at it.) We spent many nights on the phone or on the computer for hours talking about what we had been up to, what was new why we should have been together, etc.

After living in Texas for six years I moved back to Kansas City, to be with my family including my future husband. After seven years of being with my current husband I realized I still had feelings for Chris. For the first couple of years I was back in Kansas City, Chris was in a relationship as well with his girlfriend, Jennifer. When I heard about them dating I was told they were getting pretty serious. Fortunately I was wrong and they split up after being together two and a half years. With in a couple of years of talking here and there about how we felt about one another and deciding to actually go for it, I divorced my first husband when I turned 28. After being stubborn for so many years I admitted to Chris I still loved him.

In August 2006 Chris proposed marriage to me, and we wanted to wed on February 14th the following year. Yes .. we would have gotten married on Valentines day.. doesn’t that just ooze sappiness? I finally married my high school sweet heart after many wasted years of aggravation and denial.

We are currently working on our first joint project, a baby…

We will keep you posted…
