we spend all of our time an energy as a country fighting terrorism in the middle east or in third worl countries and we leave these assholes alone! if there was a definition of terrorism in the pop culture dictionary PETA would be one of those definitions! This group that longs to liberate all animals, but they care little about the human lives they take in the process of waging their war on anyone wo disagrees with them. Even they killed over 14,000 animals they claimed to not be able to care for! I’m sorry, but isnt that one problem most of us have against organized religion?!? they say one thing and do another…then they make excuses for why, in their case, it was necessary. they pay criminals( dont get me wrong they only hire the really “skilled” murderers and arsonists to do their bidding. then they pay for lawyers to defend these “soldiers” so as to get their point of view across. then they liken the holocaust to eating meat! I mean drinking milk, eating eggs,cheese, or steak is the same as Hitler killing 6million jews during WWII?!? How skewed is their world view? to actually think that!!!

should all great white sharks be destroyed because, after all, they eat seals and fish? they dont kill them immediately in 70% of kills. they bite them to disable them then go back when the seal is too weak to fight back and eat at their leisure. so are they cruel? should we make them go to an all vegan diet? maybe we should create some soy seal meat? Vegans swear by tofurkey and gardenburgers…maybe the great white would like it even better? why do you need a chicken substitute…if u want chicken, eat chicken!

PETA complains that to go from birth to your plate a cow uses 80 barrels of oil…how much of our resources would it take to grow enough soy to produce the protein that the worlds people need? crops need water and it takes fuel to run the machinery and to process and transport the soy to the grocery store…what is the difference? the soy plant doesnt have a face!

I can understand trying to get them to be humane and if you’re gonna kill an animal, do it quick and dont abuse it. I dont eat veal because there is no way to create veal kindly. but i dont ridicule persons who enjoy veal. that is a personal descision. PETA even targets children as young as six years old. they wait for them outside of their schools and get them while they are either getting on the bus or going to their parents cars…without the parents knowledge or permission. they tell them things such as “You’re mommy kills animals!!!” they even defend those actions by saying that their capaigns are geared towards children and always will be. also that they aim to shock people to get them talking…too bad they have lost their credibility with 97% of the people in this country!

I used to be a memeber of PETA because Im against animal testing and zoos,circuses,shelters, and wanted to be a part of rescuing abused and neglected animals…but then they got all into the whole vegan agenda and becoming really hateful and pushy. they are losing a whole generation of persons who might actually help and support them by bullying everyone who stands against their tactics! i think we should have a govt task force against PETA!!! freedom of speech only gets to go so far!

Sorry this is so long, but I had a lot to get off my chest…I have evn more, but Im losing steam for this rant.;-)
